We understand that unexpected situations arise, and discretion will always be used where appropriate.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee, and missed appointments may be charged in full.
