Seren Calon Heart Health is a nurse-led service that is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality, personalised heart care that places people at the centre of every consultation. Our mission is to provide unhurried, one-to-one support that allows time for meaningful discussion, clear understanding, and informed decision-making about your heart health.

Founded by Audra, a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of clinical experience in cardiac care, and holding both a BSc and MSc, the clinic is built on deep clinical expertise and a genuine passion for cardiology and improving patient outcomes.

We are guided by values of clinical excellence, empathy, and clear communication. Where appropriate, we support continuity of care by communicating with your GP to ensure your heart health is managed in a coordinated and holistic way, always focused on your overall wellbeing.
